Well, we had another great training group this morning. Over 22 swimmers experienced the warm, calm, fresh water Hudson River. I was in a kayak, as well as my friend Murat keeping watch over the group, and then we headed out to do the bike loop.
We had 25 on the group ride including our friends at CF who are doing a relay.
Again it has been my pleasure to be part of our group workouts and we will DEFINATLEY be doing this again next year in prepearation for the 2nd Annual Toughman.

Don't be intimidated as you are ALL really strong swimmers and cyclists and can hang with the group. There are many benefits to training in a group setting as you have sen with our weekly Toughman w/o's. Mainly you will be safer, you will learn alot just by watching and listening and asking questions. Plus we all benefit from the interaction.
So I encourage you to come out and run, or ride with the group, and the membership dues are really inexpensive- nothing, just show up and run or ride.
